In terms of condition, this book looks new from the comic store! Amazing condition! Vivid colors, lies flat and only minor flaws. Issues that I see include 1 spine tick (looks non color breaking), right bottom cover fold(looks the same on the back), spine corner has some minor rubbing, and the back cover will benefit from a clean. I think this is NM as is, and fixing these flaws would easily hit a 9.6 maybe higher! That said I'm not a professional grader so please look at the photos and judge for yourself!!
